1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BakBak ("the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use BakBak. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their access. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring minors' internet use.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use BakBak to:
- Share, solicit, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this is a criminal offence and will be reported to law enforcement and NCMEC immediately
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate other users
- Share explicit sexual content with minors or without consent
- Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Engage in any illegal activity under applicable law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit the platform
- Use automated bots or scripts to connect to the service
Violation may result in immediate termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
4. Anonymity and Responsibility
BakBak does not verify user identities. Anonymity is a feature, not a shield. You are solely responsible for the content you send. BakBak is not liable for any content exchanged between users.
5. No Message Storage
BakBak does not store chat messages. Messages are relayed in real time and are not retained once a session ends. We cannot retrieve or produce past chat logs. Do not share information you wish to keep confidential.
6. Reporting Abuse
If you encounter illegal content, CSAM, or abusive behaviour, use the Report button within the chat immediately. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. For urgent matters, contact roly.forge@gmail.com.
CSAM reports are forwarded to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
BakBak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, security, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use the Service at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BakBak and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to harm caused by content shared by other users.
9. Compliance with Law
BakBak will comply with valid legal requests from law enforcement and government authorities in any jurisdiction, including orders for content removal, to the extent required by applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in all locations. You are responsible for compliance with local laws wherever you access the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
